Our Team

Dave founded Minds Over Media to maximize the next wave of Internet and mobile advertising, marketing, and content production.

Dave has a fifteen plus year convergent media background encompassing the Internet, TV, mobile and print. He has extensive experience working in online advertising and search engine marketing. Previous endeavors include affiliate marketing, advertising, and distribution for The Travel Channel, and Liberty Media's first online programming service Ingenius. At Reuters Media Yankee Group, he directed strategic consulting for Fortune 1000 and new venture companies in the entertainment, media, mobile/wireless, IT, streaming media, and software industries. With Nielsen Media Research, he managed the audience research and analysis needs of cable television and Internet clientele. Dave has a B.A. and B.S.

Victor, Chief Video Production Officer. He and his creative staff are responsible for providing video production services to our clients with the talent, technology, experience needed for a quality production.

He has won numerous national awards for video production such as the Telly Award and Cable Ace Award. The Telly Awards honor the very best local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions. A seventeen year veteran in broadcast and cable video production, Victor has worked for media companies such as Comcast Cable, AT and T Broadband, Comcast On Demand, and KCNC-TV as a Production Manager, Producer, Director, Videographer, Editor. He has also produced video projects for networks such as Discovery Channel, Oxygen Network, ESPN, Fox Sports, Comcast Entertainment Television, PBS, Nike, Gillette, among others. His work includes commercials, corporate communications, sports events, special events, documentaries, television programs, and infomercials. Victor is a member of WEVA. Victor has a B.A. in Broadcast Production.

Neill, Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for new product and software development, software architecture, technology infrastructure, content moderation, user experience, and product planning processes. He is focused on keeping Minds Over Media innovative and cutting edge by offering new and exiting ways to distribute and utilize video content for the Internet and wireless. His main objective is to make the use of online and mobile digital media as easy, user friendly, and exciting as possible for clients and viewers.

Neill designed the user interface for best-in-class Wealth Management System. He invented AtomicML, a markup language whose documents are 20-50% smaller than XML and whose parsers fit in one page of code. He laid the foundation for Internet information representations that led to XML, DOM, XPath, XLink, Topic Maps, and SMIL. Neill co-invented "Object-based Numeric Analysis Engine," U.S. Patent 6,298,334. He has developed tools for generating, testing, and publishing robust Web application designs resulting in design production eight times faster and development time 30-50% faster, and has authored and maintained dozens of robust web sites.

Neill has dual Master's degrees in Computer Science from Virgina Tech and Florida State University's emphasizing Language Design, Parsing, and Compiling, Human Factors, Digital Libraries, and Information Systems. He has completed more than three years toward his PhD in Computer Science at Virginia Tech. Neill has written and published numerous articles and newsletters. He is Honorarium Instructor in Computer Science for the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center, where he teaches six graduate classes, and has been a featured speaker at many industry conferences.

Frank, Mobile Applications. He is responsible for new product and software/programming development for mobile applications. Frank has over 20 years experience as a computer programmer. Since 2000, he designed web based platforms for leading companies in the mortgage industry such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, among others. Previous responsibilities include computer programming positions with Qwest Communications and United Airlines. Frank has recently worked on mobile application projects for the mortgage and banking industry, for the iPhone and Blackberry mobile phone platform. Frank has a B.S. in Mathematics.
