What ongoing costs are there after the video is completed? The only ongoing cost will be your annual hosting fee. However, you can buy multiple years of web hosting which provides you with a discounted cost. Your initial payment includes one year of hosting. What other services do you provide? For more on our other services visit our "Solutions" page. Preparation for your Video Shoot There are several things to be prepared for to insure an excellent video production. The videographer will conduct the consultation and shoot the video in the same day. Phase I: The Consultation • Be prepared with your ideas and information prior to your consultation and video shoot. • We will discuss client vision and video capabilities. • Be involved with the creation of raw footage. • Choose location related to business. • Use natural light. • Find quiet area for interview. • Determine best time for video shoot, including weekends and nights. • Attire should be neat, minimal white, black, or bold patterns. • Filmmaker will spend 90 minutes taping the interview and B-Roll so be prepared. One video shoot session. Phase II: Interview This will be an informal interview, and we're looking for sound bites to reveal your company's personality. In the on-camera interview to be used in your video things to be prepared for and to discuss include the following: • Select employees to participate in the video, coach them to show energy and be at their best. On-camera talent should be knowledgeable about the business. The best person to use is usually the owner or person that runs the business. • Tell what it's like to be a customer. • Discuss what it's like to work at your business. • Say what inspires you to work there. • Why your business is unique, what sets you apart from competition. • List messages to convey your expertise, services, and products - what you do. • Talk about yourself. • Shoot at work location or office, whichever is better to shows aspects of what your business offers. • Select a quiet, well natural lit location. • Tidy areas where the video will be shot. • We will coach you to provide sound bites in addition to following your own script. Phase III: B-Roll The B-Roll step is to film footage of your business in action. • Shoot video showing your business in action. • To show services, stage an interesting business activity. • Present equipment, signage, decor, certificates, awards, merits. • Show personality of the place. Phase IV: Post-Production • Filmmaker with edit your video. • Sequence shots into a compelling story. • Audio cleaned up. • Match up B-Roll with audio created. • Your video will be completed in approximately 10 days after the shoot. • No proofing process with video is needed. • You will be provided with a link to embed in your website or other online destinations. Phase V: Distribution • A link will be provided to embed your video on your website or other online destination. Spread the word about your business! |
